WELCOME TO THE PERSHING YACHT TERRACE
Our fresh interpretation of a Japanese izakaya – the equivalent of a Spanish tapas bar – where modern Asian cuisine meets signature drinks in a sophisticated atmosphere and exceptional setting with infinite views to the Mediterranean Sea.
Utterly unique, this is the world’s first lounge and bar born from the exclusive partnership between 7Pines and Pershing Yachts. Hanging on the cliff of Ibiza’s west coast, the Pershing Yacht Terrace showcases a striking design inspired from the nautical world and reminiscent of a motor yacht. The use of teakwood floor and the bar shaped to emulate the sleek lines of a Pershing 9X combined with unobstructed views of the sea and Es Vedrà pointing in the horizon is an invitation to a voyage at sea.
The sea is also found in your plate with a selection of fresh seafood, oysters, tiraditos and ceviche from our raw bar and a special Sushi Night once a week. The menu features modern Japanese flavours with revisited classics such as Miso Black Cod or Chili Lobster where the focus is on quality products and vibrant tastes. Here, our mixologist curated a selection of creative signature cocktails, and an extensive list of wines complement the experience.
In the evening, DJs or live music performances create an upbeat atmosphere from sunset until late at night to accompany a moment of delightful taste and dazzling drinks.
INFINITY POOL BAR
Set along the 54 metres long swimming pool, the Infinity Pool Bar boasts chilled out vibes, stylish atmosphere and sensational views. Enjoy a cooling drink, fresh sushi, wholesome salads or fine bites from the comfort of your sun lounge or seated at the terrace.
